CNC Steel Cylinder for AEG by ASG ULTIMATE
The ULTIMATE CNC Cylinder is built for ideal air compression in AEG setups. It's made from seamless drawn 45C steel with a hardness rating of 20–25 HRC and treated with isonite oxidation for low friction and corrosion resistance. Thanks to precise CNC machining, the cylinder features a smooth inner bore and external grooves for improved heat dissipation.
ASG manufactures various cylinder types with specific hole shapes and positions depending on the inner barrel length. This ensures maximum air efficiency and optimized performance for each configuration. The cylinder has been tested for durability under high-stress use with a variety of springs. When choosing a cylinder, barrel length is key, but for accurate Volume Ratio, it's also important to consider BB weight and piston mass to avoid Joule Creep.
