Precision Inner Barrel for Action Army AAP-01 and Other Gas Pistols

This tightbore barrel by Action Army delivers greater accuracy, consistency, and range thanks to the reduced inner diameter that limits BB movement during flight. The BB stays better stabilized, reducing wobble and improving overall performance. More air pressure remains behind the BB, boosting muzzle velocity. The barrel is made from electro-chromed brass with a polished interior for optimal smoothness. A cutout for a stabilizing o-ring is included at the muzzle.

• Precision Barrel for VSR / GBB 6.01 & 6.03 mm
  Unbridged design for GBB gas guns and sniper rifles like VSR. Features GBB / VSR bucking cutouts only. Available in 6.03 mm and tighter 6.01 mm versions.
  
  
• Precision Barrel for AEG 6.01 & 6.03 mm
  Bridged barrel for AEG platforms (e.g. Tokyo Marui). Features cutouts for GBB / VSR and AEG hop-up chambers. 6.01 mm is ideal for expert setups, not for high-RoF builds.
  
  
• Precision Barrel for AAP-01 Gas Pistols
  Unbridged tightbore designed for AAP-01 GBB pistols. Compatible with stock and CNC upgrade hop-up chambers. Accepts GBB / VSR style buckings.

• Ammo quality, hop-up bucking, and cleanliness are crucial for accuracy. Always clean the inner barrel and protect BBs from dirt (e.g., avoid dirty mags or crawling in the field).
  
  
• Select barrel length based on your replica’s original inner barrel length.
  
  
• Perfect barrel length depends on many physical factors and must be fine-tuned.
  
  
• Most important is the Cylinder:Barrel Ratio. Longer barrels or heavier BBs require more air/gas, which is why cylinder volume and gas power must be adjusted accordingly.
